About 50 copies of this version exist. They were made by the band in a Parma, Ohio print-shop, with the original logo then later (more commonly seen) editions with this logo stretched the cover the whole front cover. This versions inlay did not include any lyrics, the logos were colored in by the band by hand, and the tapes were dubbed onto generic TDK blank cassettes. All 50 were brought to one show and sold out.
