Trivia:
- Despite being referred to as an official release, the members of Death Angel have been quoted as saying that the first time they had knew of this record was when they saw it in a record store in Arizona, the night before they got in a near-fatal vehicle accident.
- Because Death Angel had switched labels in 1989 (from Enigma to Geffen), "Fall from Grace" was authorized without their awareness, which also explains the lack of the band's trademark logo on the artwork.
- The CD and cassettes versions have "Confused" listed between "Voracious Souls" and "Bored". For whatever reason, it did not appear on the original vinyl pressing.

Recording information:

Recorded live in Amsterdam at the Paradsio, July 9, 1988 while supporting a tour for their previous album "Frolic Through the Park".
