"F.O.A.D." stands for "Fuck Off and Die"
Track 5 is listed as "F.O.A.D." on the back cover but as "Fuck Off and Die" in the booklet
"Splitkein" (track 6) means "split cane" in Norwegian and refers to glue-laminated skis created by Jørgen Aaland in 1932.
