All songs written by Glenn Danzig.

This album is usually referred to as either "Danzig IV" or "Danzig 4" but the actual name is "4p". The "4p" name is a reference to the Four P movement.

The release of the album was delayed several months because the sleeve art wasn't ready.

Chuck Biscuits had already left the band by the time it was released.

Recording information:

Recorded at Ocean Way, Hollywood, California and Sound City, Van Nuys, California.
Mixed at The Record Plant, Hollywood, California.
