Comes with 4 page booklet.
This is the band's first CD recorded in a real studio with a bassist and human drummer.
The drums were initially performed by Grenstam (Life Illusion, Prosecutor), but the band were dissatisfied with the resulting recordings. They ended up programming the drums on every track instead, except for track 7 ("Ja de va jevla").
The live bonus tracks were recorded at Arena 305 in Malmö, Sweden and features Martin Schönherr (Deranged, RazorRape, Splattered Mermaids) on drums.
An acoustic version of "Transexual Tea Party" is hidden after the last live track.

This record was originally intended to be a split with the DPOS!!!-side being titled "Disgusting Piece of Split!!!" - then when it was considered to be a full-length, it was first meant to be titled "Raped & Whoreified". The title "Straight Outta Handicap Shithouse" was actually taken from a song on the record AFTER this one - since DPOS!!! tend to have a lot of their records already "done" in demo versions way before they're released and recorded for real.
