It's All About the Opening... | 65% | DeathRiderDoom | November 17th, 2009 |
There were approximately 400 copies pressed in total (first pressing was about 100 copies: 50 distributed to Europe and 50 to the US), and the second pressing was approximately 300 copies). Most of the copies in the second pressing were shrink-wrapped too tightly and got warped, so only about 50-100 were distributed as of 2020, so approximately 150-200 in total distributed at last update.
Though the recording was completed in summer '84, it wasn't until early '85 that there was artwork and money to get the record pressed. Both pressings took place in 1985.
Bootleg split CD by Revenge Of True Metal Records is circulating.
Recording information:
Track 1 was the last of the tracks to be recorded, and it was done at Beggar's Banquet in Santa Rosa, California.
Tracks 2-4 were recorded at Prairie Sun Recording in Cotati, California. The recording was completed in summer 1984.
