On some versions, there's an intro (lasting 00:54) hidden in the pre-gap of the 1st track on disc 2. In other editions, "Day Twelve: Trauma" begins the second disc on track 12, with the aforementioned intro being spread over 11 tracks.

The concept of this album has also been adapted by Arjen Anthony Lucassen for a theater show in 2015 called The Theater Equation.
