Initial copies were erroneously titled "Rise of the Old Ones".
The digipak version was released on Rawforce Productions. The jewel case CD and vinyl LP editions were put out by Hells Headbangers Records in December 2008. It was also released as a diehard version limited to 111 copies and was printed on brown splatter vinyl and came packaged with a patch and poster.
Tracks 1-4 are from the 1989 demo Bloody Ceremonial.
Tracks 5-7 are from the 1991 demo Resurrection.
Tracks 8-10 are from the unreleased 2008 demo Rise of the Ancient Ones.
