This album was written, recorded and mixed in 40 days in the studio. The band already wanted to break up but they needed to finish the three-album contract for their record label. Josh Greenbaum plays all drums on this album, even though Marcell Dissantos is credited in the booklet.

Released on the 4 year anniversary of the release of Piece of Time, and on the 2 year anniversary of the release of Unquestionable Presence.
