Presented in a heavyweight gatefold, embossed and spot printed.
- Unlimited number of copies come on black 160g vinyl.
- 349 copies come on mixed blue/black 200g vinyl. Wrapped in a 12"x12" O-Card. Includes a large patch.
Also released as a European Edition in a Gunsmoke Silver sleeve, and an American Edition in a Metallic White sleeve, limited to 66 copies. Comes with different cover art.
Test pressings of the American and European editions were sold during the bands 2013 tours, both limited to 66 each. These carry the Cat # of 026T.
