"Seance" was originally titled "Ritual." The song title was changed after Jason Pizzolato and Matt Richard heard a riff in the title track of Testament's The Ritual that sounded identical to a riff in "Seance."
Matt Richard assumed responsibility for playing bass on this demo after bassist Will Langford left Apostasy a week before it was recorded.
Recording information:
Recorded via 4-track on May 8, 1993. Rhythm guitars & drums were recorded live.
