Very, very few of these demos actually exist. According to guitarist, Esa Sorsa, the demo was never officially released. At least one original demo recording was released by guitarist, Tim Pettersson. A flyer was included with a demo he mailed out.
The demo cover is single-sided, black and white, and is otherwise hand-written in blue ink to list song titles, band members and a quick scribe in Swedish.
Amenophis is recorded on Side B of the cassette tape...nothing of relevance is included on side A.
