Originally the album was going to be called "La marca de Caín" (The Mark of Cain), and the cover was going to have 3 inverted crosses of red, white and black.
"Tangolpeando", "La llaga" and "Motivo ciudadano" were originally composed for the Iorio y Flavio project that was going to be part of the second album tentatively called "Titanes del pan con queso", but its release could not be finalized due to disputes between record labels of Ricardo and Flavio.
Track 7 was included in the movie called El visitante, the history of an ex-soldier of Malvinas war, which features a scene of the band playing this song at a concert.
"La llaga" was re-recorded for the latest album "Trillando la fina" (2012).

Recorded and mixed during the months of August and September of 1999 at Estudios Del Abasto al Pasto, Don Torcuato, Buenos Aires.
Mastered on Digisound, Van Nuys, California, USA.
