- Released as a 'best of' collection spanning the bands career that started under the name Decimation & ended with their last studio effort, 2000's Lives of Lies, Despise and Demise. It contains material never released as well as revised material & live recordings.
- After track 18, there are thirty two tracks of silence of varying lengths.
- Tracks 1-3 taken from the 1991 Manifestation of Terror (as Decimation).
- Tracks 4-6 & 8 taken from unidentified live performances on 8/1/92 & 10/30/93.
- Track 7 is an alternate version recorded during the 2000 Lives of Lies, Despise and Demise session.
- Track 9 taken from the 1994 Another Horror of Life demo.
- Tracks 10 & 18 taken from the 2000 Lives of Lies, Despise and Demise album.
- Track 11 taken from the 1997 Desire, Aspire, Inspire, Expire album.
- Tracks 12 & 17 previously unreleased songs from the 1997 Desire, Aspire, Inspire, Expire sessions.
- Tracks 13-14 are 1998 rehearsal tracks.
- Tracks 15-16 are 1992 rehearsal tracks.
