Hound Dog is originally written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, originally recorded by Willie Mae "Big Mama" Thornton in 1952, though the most famous version is the 1956 version by Elvis Presley.

Recording information:

Recorded in three separate sessions.
The drums were recorded at "The Doghouse" a home studio owned by legendary punk rock vocalist Buck Defect from The Defects.
