Originally this album was announced to be released in 2003; the drums and rhythm guitar parts for the tracks 2-9 were recorded already in 2002, however due to various reasons the band was able to finish the work only in 2006-2007.

All the tracks from the album minus the intro were listed in the Federal List of Extremist Materials of the Russian Federation.

The album title in English is "Radical Voice (In Defense of the Freedom)".
