I was born in Leverkusen, Germany in 1989 but I'm living in Chicoutimi, Canada since 2009. I'm listening to metal music since 2004. It all began with the Gemran Medieval rock scene around bands such as In Extremo, Saltatio Mortis or Subway to Sally but then I got into more classical sounds from bands like Iron Maiden. Today, I listen to almost all styles of metal music maybe and I still discover new and exotic bands each year. To discover and make other people discover more stuff, I decided to create an account on the metal archives. My favorite metal bands are:

- In Extremo, Saltatio Mortis, Elvenking, Eluveitie, Tyr, Cruachan (Folk Rock / Metal)
- Amorphis, Edguy, Avantasia, Southern Cross, Saidian, Helloween (Power Metal)
- Voivod, Overkill, Metallica (Thrash Metal)
- Ayreon, The uneXpect, Dream Theater (Progressive Metal)
- Therion, Nightwish, Apocalyptica (Symphonic Metal)
- The old dead tree, The Vision Bleak, Moonspell, Crematory, Opeth, Adversus (Gothic Metal and similar stuff)

A part from the metal stuff, I listen a lot to Progressive Rock and Krautrock (King Crimson, Iron Butterfly, Jethro Tull, Genesis, UFO, Amon Düül, Popol Vuh, Mono für alle!) and Gothic / Industrial / Neue Deutsche Härte music (Oomph!, Sub dub micro machine, Rammstein). I also like some cross-over music (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and some punk rock.
