I am a grumpy young gentleman.

Although metal is the only genre which I consider myself a committed fan of, and have explored extensively, I do listen to plenty of material and isolated artists/bands from other genres. I had the remainder of my collection listed here, but have decided that was silly and took it down. If you're interested, that information can be found on my Rate Your Music profile. In my metal collection I have included mp3 releases that I have acquired through legal channels, primarily artist-endorsed download. Illegally-acquired releases, which I do try to avoid in any case, are unlisted.

I'm afraid that my review scores are somewhat arbitrary and inconsistent. You'll get a much better idea of my thoughts on a release from the text than the number. Several of these reviews also appear on RateYourMusic.com, where I also use the name ForNaught.
