Started listening to metal four years ago. Started with thrash and death, and slowly moved on to black. About three years ago found out that my favourite band is Anaal Nathrakh, and it has been so ever since. As of late, I started somewhat distancing myself from death metal and the likes (it just got all boring and stale), and just submerged myself, so to speak, in black metal, especially atmospheric, depressive, stuff like that. Not because I'm depressed, but just because I like it. Nowadays I listen to anything I like without really caring about the genre, but I prefer black metal, post-rock, ambient, and drone.
