Fave band: Olympos Mons. I am fiercely defensive of power metal against accusations of being cliched; such accusations are often hypocritically made by aficionados of far more cliched music where bands always look 'grim' or angry in pics, lyrics peppered with 4-letter words & music always 'brootal' & ugly! I wouldn't 'bash' them for this however if they stopped bashing [& unfairly reviewing] power metal.
