| Metal for life.
I enjoy metal with enough "heart" or "energy" to get me listening for prolonged periods of time. It doesn't seem to be something that other people perceive in the same way as I, but I just can't seem to describe it in any other way - these bands just sound like they know what they're doing and having fun while doing so. A band has to really [i]belt[/i] their music, rather than the lame whispers that some bands do. They have to play it loud and proud, and I will enjoy it. Thus, my taste is delightfully random at times, but I hope my reviews can serve as some guideline for others to follow, if need be. | |
