Also released as limited edition 2CD. The bonus disc is called "No Risk Disk"
and has the following tracklist:

"Risk" received a highly negative reaction from the fans, and Megadeth have very
rarely played any songs from it live.

The 2004 remixed & remastered version contains the following bonus tracks:
