Several limited editions exist.
One limited edition CD came in blue jewelcase.
Also released as limited boxset containing a Megadeth T-Shirt.
Also released as limited 2CD in a slipcase containing "Hidden Treasures" as
bonus disc.

A Korean version of the CD features "Crown of Worms" (03:18) as a bonus track,
along with a message for Korean fans by Marty Friedman (at this point they'd
never been to Korea) and a "tell your concert organizers you want Megadeth!"
poster.
