There are four versions of this album. The tracklist shown is for the original
version released by Combat. 10 years after the original pressing, "These Boots"
was deleted under pressure from writer Lee Hazelwood, who found it offensive.
There was also a Century Media reissue in 1999. The 2002 remixed & remastered
version contains 3 bonus tracks:
9. Last Rites / Loved to Deth (Demo) [4:16]
10. Mechanix (Demo) [3:59]
11. The Skull beneath the Skin (Demo) [3:11]

"These Boots" was permitted to be on the 2002 version, but only on the condition
that the offensive words Dave added were (literally) bleeped out. It appears as
track eight.

"Mechanix" is the original version of the Metallica song "The Four Horsemen."
