The British pressing on Vertigo has the same catalogue number as the US Warners issue.
There was a time when it was believed that the album cover had a subliminal message towards Ozzy Osbourne. This is based on the cracks in the floor on the right side where the word "Ozzy" can be seen, while otherwise it looks like "Kill Ozzy". In May 2004, a Black Sabbath fan emailed the artist of this cover (Greg Hildebrandt) asking about this, and Greg wrote back saying that there really isn't any subliminal message, and that the cover is based on a dream he had, plus the cover was done long before Ozzy left the band.
"E5150" spells "EVIL", if the numbers are converted in the latin numerical system. The title was Geezer's idea. When asked via email in March 2007, he said the voice in E5150 said: "It says "Up The Villa" in Latin".
