Original MC version released in 1994, CD version came out in 1995 in limited quantity (EBLIS001). The most widely available versions are two bootlegs, a CD version in October 1999 and a later CD-R version. The CD-R can be recognized by the pixelated print on the face of the disc and the distorted photos in the booklet. The '99 CD version can be recognized by the pixelated photos but the disc is almost the same as the original, but the original '95 disc has the Eblis 001 label on the bottom of the disc, while the bootleg version contains the release date as 10/99.

In some versions track 5 is misspelled as "Weltmacht oder Nidergang".

Taur-nu-Fuin is the name of a forest in Tolkien's Middle Earth universe, meaning "The Forest under Nightshade".
