Wally Szeveso and Mr. Yamada. Mastered at Witch's Mill Studio.

Released by Rip Records (USA) and Iron Pegasus Records (Germany, both with
different covers and tracklists. The latter one was also released on LP (limited
to 500 copies) and picture LP (limited to 1000 copies).

The cover and the tracklist shown here are from the Rip Records release. The
tracklist of the Iron Pegasus Records release is a little bit different:
