Started as a hardcore punk fanzine in 1993, the label ceased to exist when president Josh Grabelle left the label in 2010. The label's name is still technically in use by the Universal Music Group who hold the rights to the label's releases and will continue to print and sell Trustkill albums with the Trustkill logo, but it is severely unlikely that UMG will actively find new acts to release new material under this label name. Therefore, the label is now defunct.
