Avanzada Metalica was reactivated on January 17th, 2012.
Avanzada Metalica was Mexico's first independent metal label, founded by Georgui Lazarov and Carlos Hernandez, 2 journalists working at the rock magazine Connecte. They also started Mexico's first real metal fanzine, Heavy Metal Subterraneo.
In the early 90's they stared focusing more on death/black metal and here's where their discography also becomes rather difficult to follow, partly because they also started releasing demo tapes (which have a tendency to disappear from the face of the earth way quicker than any rare vinyl would).
