Gordon Tittsworth owned this record company distributing his Progressive Metal band of which sounds recall that of Fates Warning, Dream Theater and Iron Maiden style Vocals. - Kenneth Joseph Spaziani of Galexia signed on for the debut album, and released two follow up albums under the Astral Sun Records name before the company went under; Galexia was picked up by Atlantic Records; Gordon Tittsworth and Kenneth remain friends and contribute to each-others music.
Funded 100% by profits of the first two Images of Eden releases, with promises of the rest being funded by the Mega-Star Line-Up of Galexia's Debut Album.
Even after the label went under, out of respect to the initial contract Galexia still released "The Maze" and "The Haze" under the title Astral Sun Records even though the distribution was funded by Atlantic.
Atlantic nearly bought the company out to ascend bands into Atlantic's side labels including WMG and AR's Roadrunner Records; instead they picked up the artists of which had been a part of Astral Sun Records.
