I noticed a small descripancy with the listing for "Black Metal" from my copy.

The CD I have does include the bonus tracks mentioned for the Neat/Combat Records US version (Die Hard and Blood Lust) but also features Acid Queen.

Anyway, full tracklisting:
1. Black Metal
2. To Hell and Back
3. Buried Alive
4. Raise the Dead
5. Acid Queen
6. Blood Lust
7. Teacher's Pet
8. Leave Me In Hell
9. Sacrifice
10. Heaven's on Fire
11. Countess Bathory
12. Die Hard
13. Don't Burn the Witch
14. At War With Satan (Introduction)

Combat 88361-8030-2

The artwork is very simple and the booklet is just a listing of releases "also available from Combat and Combat/Earache" that are all older releases up to around 1991 so I imagine this re-release comes from around there.

Anyway, nothing huge but I wanted to find out if this is report-worthy or if it would just clutter up the notes on the page more.
