I'm using easy drummer to convert my gp drum tracks. One question though. How do I isolate each note to its own track. Like track for snare, kick drum etc

AFAIK there's no easy way to do this. Either tab out the drums as separate tracks in GP, or duplicate the track in Reaper and edit the MIDI to delete stuff so you only have one thing on each track. You usually don't need to do every single drum on a separate track though; I've usually got one for snare, one for bass drums, one for toms, one for the hats and one for overheads.

In fact, it is extremely easy.
When you open a new instance of ezdrummer Reaper will show the "Build Routing Confirmation" screen, just click on yes and reaper will make automatically tracks, which are assigned to EzDrummer.
Then go into the EzDrummer Mixer. Above Kick, Snare, Hi Hat etc you will see a number. These are the outputs. Just number consecutively and now every part of the Drum has an own track.
Reaper mostly creates more tracks then you need, just delete the rest.
This approach takes less than 30 seconds, so It's more than just easy
