https://vrag.bandcamp.com/album/alcoholocaustic-carcinogenocide

Vrag - Cynicism & Hate (demo)

Please contact me for a d/l code or I can email the tracks to you in mp3. Alternatively, if you run a zine or a label, I can post you the releases.

The entire thing is up on bandcamp, the link is in my sig. It would be greatly appreciated.

Purchased it already. Gave it a few spins so far and will start the review within the next few days. It's really crushing stuff and it's taking me a while to really wrap my brain around everything that's going on!

I bought it as well (for $5 to be extra generous!) but I doubt anyone would want me to review it, what with my shit taste and all. Doesn't mean I'm not enjoying it on my own though! :metal:

Wait? MA members are in this band? I might take a look at it after all, despite not being my exact cup of tea in music...

If anyone is bored, I'd like to see some more reviews of Twisted Tower Dire's latest 'Make It Dark'!

Additionally, if anyone is really bored, looking for some more reviews of an album I put out with some guys a few years ago, PM me if interested!

Yo Clann?

Too busy learning languages? Heard the new Epicardiectomy yet? I would really like to see your thoughts on it because I really like your reviews of their previous albums, I heard the new one and it was pretty cool.

I've heard bits and pieces of it so far, but not the full album yet because I'm waiting for my pre-ordered copy. It's definitely wonderful stuff, but I don't really feel like reviewing it (or anything else) at the moment. I'll see if I'm up to it in a couple months.

A jo, jsem ještě pořád velmi zaneprázdněný učím se jazyky.

Yeah, with the new Coprocephalic being released tomorrow you've got 2 personal favorites coming up. Oh well...

I'll definitely take a look at both, perhaps review them, we'll see...

I didn't like the new Coprocephalic tracks I heard. :( They were less deliciously slammy than the debut, had a much weaker guitar tone, the songwriting made absolutely no sense (even less than it did on the debut), and the vocals seem to have become a bit too obtuse for my tastes. I'm going to have to sit out on this one, they've unfortunately lost my interest.

True. I'm not a particularly big fan of the band myself but the new material sounded same-y but considerably less punchy, almost progressive even. Experimenting is cool but for what I heard it sounded decent, but that's it.

That vocalist is pretty terrible though.

The Coprocephalic debut was a favorite of Clanny (gave it a 95%), not mine. What I wrote there was my opinion. I didn't particularly fancy the debut, but it certainly wasn't bad.

Ah sorry, along with the "personal favourites" I misread that as a more general "you". That makes more sense now...

It will happen, probably not this week, possibly not the next, but hopefully before August ends.

Would anyone be interested in reviewing 少女娼婦 by Kokumaromilk/こくまろみるく? I just got the album last week and uploaded the music to youtube, though I've never written a review before and would prefer to see others' opinions.

It's a mix of Avant-Garde/Power Metal if that gets anyone interested.

Begerith: http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Begerith/3540369953

If anyone is into Behemoth's 2000s sound, they will definitely get some mileage out of these guys. They shamelessly ape the entire sound, but do it pretty well. I would have reviewed this myself but I just don't have the time like I used to.

Greenhammer, I reviewed your bands stuff. And while it's not the most positive, you have amazing moments. Keep it up. Hell use some of those quotes out of context for your website! Whatever helps.

I appreciate you writing a review for Winterust. To address some of your points, we started working on it when we learned our vocalist had signed up fro the Army. We weren't sure if we would be able to record anything during his 4 years, so we wanted to get an album out for ourselves and for the fans in a short amount of time before his ship date. Then on top of that, we had recording issues every step of the way (we went through 4 computers lol). There actually was no bassist on this album we couldn't find one due to the time restraints. I 100% believe this album could have and should have been better than it was, but given the circumstances, I think it turned out alright. We've since figured out that we will be able to record while our vocalist is in the Army, and have began writing on our 2nd full-length. We've found a bassist, and have plenty of time to spend working on the album. I'm hopeful this next release will be an improvement to Winterust.

Also, forgot to write this before, the track "Winterust" is just the raw recording, because the guy who mixed and mastered it deleted the files before he got to that song. Given that the album was short on tracks (with guitar) as it is, we included it.

Hey guys,

if you are interested in exploring new music and looking for something to do, it would be the most awesome thing if you could check out Edge Of Haze and perhaps write a review!

We are streaming their brand new album 'Illumine' (coming out on August 21st!) in its entirety on Decibel Magazine: http://www.decibelmagazine.com/featured ... e-of-haze/

To give you a hint of the style I'd say the music would be for especially fans of following: Katatonia, TesseracT, Sybreed, Soilwork, Devin Townsend Project / Modern Atmospheric Metal

But I think basically any metalhead would find something that appeals to them on the album as uttered by Metal Mouth in their review: http://metalmouth.net/2014/08/review-ed ... -illumine/

You could also take a look on their brand new music video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXYmN895UPA

Thanks in advance to any writers!

You'll find the band here,

Hey man, not a problem. Thanks for taking the criticism in a cool way. I think that you guys are hella talented, so I really hope you get to keep working on stuff. I understand how shit it can be when you're wrought with recording problems - so here's hoping the next is better. I think you dudes could make something really great.

Kriver, my band, has just released a new EP called "Foresight". We just call it prog metal, but a friend of mine deems it "orchestral Amorphis on steroids", so, well.... I would love it if you guys could review it! Constructive criticism is, obviously, very welcome.

Thank you for your time!

Hey guys!

Is anyone willing to review the EP of my band Plaguewielder? It was recorded some time ago, but so far only one person has published a review. The album will be out later this year, if everything goes to plan - and it hasn't, cause the guy who was supposed to do the cover work has ditched us and since the whole band is strewn across Europe, we haven't found the time to discuss the details of the album yet. The people we have contacted to write a review of the EP/Album have ignored our requests, and it's just so difficult to find out what people think about the album. Anyway I would be overjoyed if there's anyone out there that wants to review the EP.

If you want to download it, just enter 0 - I couldn't figure out how to make it free for the life of me.

A review on this release would be nice:
http://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Ras_Algethi/Oneiricon_-_The_White_Hypnotic/30429
The current one is merely a track by track thing and a bit older as well; 2006.

This is my one man project that I finished an album for and I'd love some feedback on it. The band is called Estuarine. It keeps getting put in either the avant-garde, progressive, or technical category but I just planned on making some black/death type shit with some atmosphere to it. If this sounds like something you'd like it's free to download here: http://estuarinemetal.bandcamp.com/

Let me know what you think
