Thank you.

I'd recommend Hardcore: Negative Approach, Ryker's, Cold As Life.

But you could also go Black: Marduk or 1349, perhaps some Brutal Death like Devourment or Leukorrhea?

When I do my 300 push up workouts, I typically listen to bands like Pig Destroyer or Anaal Nathrakh. Albums like Prowler in the Yard from Pig Destroyer, and Vanitas from Anaal Nathrakh are pretty intense.

300 regular push ups in a 13 minute period. Some say push ups are more of a warm up workout, but if you do enough of them, and eat/ take in enough protein immediately after, you will get built nicely.

It depends on the type of workout what kind of music I want. "From Enslavement To Obliteration" is the perfect album for heavy squats.

Lately Skeletonwitch has been my go-to band for working out. Their riffs just have an energetic feel to them that's great for it.

It may sound cliché, but it I mostly work out to psy/hard trance: it really fills me with energy. Just search for it on YouTube and you'll come across a lot of mixes or sets that you can listen while working out. But if you are looking for metal, I'll suggest Pig Destroyer and Anaal Nathrakh as Marky Mark said! Other metal or related stuff I used to work out to were Converge's Jane Doe, Bolt Thrower's Those Once Loyal, Integrity's Humanity is the Devil, Shai Hulud's Hearts Once Nourished with Hope and Compassion and Cattle Decapitation's The Harvest Floor.

These guys are good, no doubt. The "No shit, sherlock." rec would be Reign in Blood. Other than that, something like Overkill or Amon Amarth. Basically just something loud, fast and/or with "tough" lyrics.

High BPM,

Well yeah, actually. When I was on the bike regularly, like 15 years ago, the high BPM, speed metal songs by Running Wild would get my legs a'pumpin'.
