CD, poster, two stickers and dedicated ownership card. Is that it? Seems like a rather big box for such small content.

What do you think of the album by the way?

Yeap, that's it. The poster itself is huge and is even thicker than the Digipak.

I'm listening to it right now and is nothing short of amazing. If you liked their 1st album, you're gonna love this one. Probably it will top my preferences for 2013...

"Remedy Lane" is the main one I'm missing - I tried getting that earlier this year but its out of print. Truth be told, I did have the opportunity to get that in the past, but I never really did care for "Thorn Clown" (whereas the bonus tracks for the first 3 albums are really nice). As funny as this sounds, I never could find the digipack for Road Salt Two, so I just opted with the Japanese pressing instead (it has the bonus tracks from the digipack, plus two additional, really useless short bonus tracks which aren't worth anyone's time). The bonus track on Road Salt One is neat, but I don't know if I'd advise spending tons of money to get it.

I went to the record store for the first time in ages and picked up:

Impalers - Impalers S/T LP

Fuck, this band is awesome. I don't know if it's just because I lived in Austin, TX for a time or what, but god damn, this is the sickest d-beat shit I've heard in ages. I seriously can't recommend this highly enough for anyone who likes punk.

Impalers/Vaaska split 7"

More of the above drooling. So sick!

Disfear - S/T 7"

I will defend this band to the death. I love Swedish crust, and this band in particular. OG 1992 pressing of their first 7" found in the used bin. AWESOME.

Appalachian Terror Unit - Armageddon Won't be Brought by Gods... ...but by Men Who Think They Are 7"

I like crust. One of the best's first 7" has a welcome place in my collection. I am pretty goddamn certain I'm 30% of Profane Existance's customer base.

Wolfbrigade - Prey to the World

2013 repress that completes my Wolfbrigade post-name-change collection. Fuck what anyone says--they do Swedish crust/d-beat more consistently and better than most--they are to European punk/hardcore what Amon Amarth is to melo death. I fucking love this band.

Purified In Pain! killer album, my favourite if theirs in fact, I much prefer Kevin's vocals to their regular vocals
I have a huge pile of CDs here that I need to catalogue and post pics of in here too, and I finally some days off ha ha :nods:

I actually picked that one up on a whim, since I've never heard of these guys before. :-P But like you said, this album absolutely crushes. I need to check out more by them.

Picked up a nice little selection of albums from a store while I was in Melbourne over the weekend. Nothing rare or exceptional, but a nice solid buy.

Judas Priest - British Steel, Screaming for Vengeance & Ram It Down
Slayer - Reign in Blood
Celtic Frost - To Mega Therion (apparently it's a remastered version, so hopefully it isn't bad)
Asphyx - Deathhammer
Korn - Korn (1994)

All for $66. Very nice price for 7 albums I'd say.

then that would be 66.06... thus ruining it. It would've had to be .60

Japan is strange, those are very offputting covers for a bunch of hard rock/metal bands imo, clearly not marketed to Americans/European culture, interesting though now that im thinking about it.

Finally got my pre order from Relapse for Ulcerate - Vermis gold DLP. Definetly the last time I order from them, MA says the album came out on the 17th of September, so its two months late and im fairly sure they forgot. I wouldn't mind except that I placed a big order and they fucked up the other items as well, poor communication, they clearly don't give two shits about their mail order side of business, forever regret placing an order. Pretty much 95% of independent distros are unlimited times better than Relapses service, Id much rather support the guys trying.

I've never ordered directly from Relapse but it's no surprise unfortunately, SOM were ok though, they'd be the biggest I've dealt with, Amazon/CDUniverse don't count
