That's a fucking amazing cover dude! It reminds me of something out of Conan, from the original R. E. Howard stories, what with the scimitar-wielding demon in the desert and an army behind him, and all that. Seriously cool stuff.

Perfectly captures their spiritual and fantastical music, strong William Blake vibes but with added paranoia. Another Prophet Song in particular could have been set in the album cover.

I hate the ones that are obsessed with anti-Christianity, its a waste of time. And I know thousands of cool album covers I can post on here like these:

A favourite. So tacky and perfect. The renaissance (pirate?) costumes, skanky maidens with 80s perms, the flaming album title text, everything.
In fact, I've got the record sleeve pinned to my wall.

Yeah it looks like some taxidermist who is also a huge Ghost fan decided to make an album and photographed those wolves in the Ghost costumes.

New Grave Miasma cover looks cool and sort of different to what you normally get from a black/death band.

Oh, thanks. I wasn't actually sure who the artist was. Also just noticed that some of his artwork was used by Burzum.

Too bad it has the logos and text on it

Another one I really like is Disma's debut, the way the artwork stretches across all six panels of the digipak is just amazing.

EDIT: Demigod's Slumber of Sullen Eyes has got some amazing artwork too.

I have actually seen that book in person at a hobby store near where I live. Anyway, I think the cover is awesome by both standards.

This is the back image on the booklet for Inevitable End's The Oculus, it's a shame the music doesn't match how awesome this cover is.

One of my favorite albums this year. The artwork was actually a big part of the reason I checked it out in the first place.

I get that you dig Autopsy but really, that album cover is incredibly hurtful on the eyes, I really can't see how anyone could like it.

The concept is cool and I can see where they were coming from but it's one of the most poorly executed ideas that I've ever seen.
