I'd like to see more reviews of The Albion Codex's first album. I reviewed it recently and I got a message of the band telling me I should have had asked for their permission before or some shit like that... What a bunch of douches. Caspian already wrote one after I asked him to.

I can provide you with the files if you want.

Just did mine, not necessarily a bad album, just generally boring and a huge waste of potential.

Anyone fancy having a go at reviewing my second demo? Haven't heard much in the way of opinions on it yet. I think it's better than the first, but maybe I'm alone in thinking that...

First one was great (cool Swans cover too, by the way), so I'd definitely be interested in tackling this one. Have a lot of stuff I have to take care of this month plus a bunch of promos I should probably get to, so might take a while.

My solo project's been on MA for 11 years and has zero reviews. Started with guitar and a drum machine, then taught myself to play drums along the way. Sometimes an album is death/grind, sometimes proggy, sometimes unlistenable improv. There are 9 albums / 151 songs / 5.75 hours of free music at my bandcamp: http://nostrilcaverns.bandcamp.com. 14 years of home recordings that you probably won't like, but feel free to review anyway.

Time of Death (1999-2012): http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Time_of_Death
Nostril Caverns (2012-present): http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Nostril_Caverns

Re: Paths, the new demo is spectacular, I've listened to it a ton this last week or so and pimped it out to a few friends/bandmates. I'd review it but Dystopia will probably do a much better job at that than I.

Thanks man, but go for it. It's a good relatively unknown band so the more positive reviews the better.

Hello folks

We're a Finnish band John Foe, formed in 2011. We combine elements of thrash/speed, doom and death metal genres. You might remember the vocalist Hakomäki and the drummer Kylätie from their former bands Fall of The Idols and Ruinside.

After difficulties with the band line-up we finally got our first official demo "Abhorrence Despair Hate Disorder" released online.

Hear it and review it...?

Suicide Pandemic would love to have someone review their latest EP "Slumber of Thousand" on their metal archives page!
We are an Extreme Metal band from Texas with influence from Anaal Nathrakh. Go have a listen! Let us know what it is you like and dislike about the EP so that we may work better on our next release!

I thought I wrote one for Revenant about three years ago... maybe I didn't finish it after all, I may need to go on a hunt around my computer, or old computer more likely.

Would anyone be interested in reviewing Cicada the Burrower's (Sludge/Progressive Black Metal) new album Despoina?

Here's the archive page: Cicada the Burrower

You can stream and download the album for free here: Bandcamp for Despoina

To download the album, hit "Buy now" and put zero into the $ field.
