Words cannot describe the level of angry and f**ked off I am at right now.. please someone recommend to me what I said in the title.

I don't care if it's awful I just want something to take away the anger.

Apologies if you aren't allowed to swear or whatever on here, I really don't care at the moment.

Oh no, swear all you like.

I'd say Torture Division are pretty royally pissed off. Try them.

I'm going to be the first to recommend Anaal Nathrakh.

Tod Huetet Uebel
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ba637OvtfP8

In the Constellation Of The Black Widow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUcFAA1dKPY

But really, in my opinion, no music genre translates more anger than "core" music like grindcore, deathcore, metalcore, hardcore and so on, as I think most angry sounding music only sound angry when dealing with more personal subjects instead of the more typical metal approach of random killings, war and anti-religion lyrics.

So maybe try some Pig Destroyer, The Acacia Strain, Hatebreed and other "core" bands like that.

I'll also leave you with one of my all-time favorite angry songs:

Beneath The Sky - Terror Starts at Home
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zqsb2DgTKPs

Let me know what you think.

Thanks, I'm a big fan of AN already! The end of Terror Starts at Home was sort of funny in a demented way.

This thread can be locked/deleted or whatever now. Dealing with mental health issues leaves me without control of myself sometimes, hence the need for some therapeutic noise. Thank you guys for helping.

My suggestion is Watchmaker Kill.Fucking.Everyone. And when you are done with the music follow it up with some grass, lower lung deep breathing exercises, transcendental meditation, zen meditation, research general semantics and neurolinguistic programming, if you are lucky enough to have brain tuning in your area, hit that up too. =) Also youtube Robert Anton Wilson. lol

Bands that would qualify would be:
Heaven Shall Burn (Angry and epic sounding Melodic Death Metal/Metalcore)
Anaal Nathrakh (Fast, black metal/grindcore full of nothing but anger and entropy)
Ingested (One of the heaviest and most bone crushing brutal death metal bands, gutturals, inhumane drumming, catchy and facemelting riffs)
Switchtense (Heavy and angry thrash metal from Portugal)

How about:

Anima Damnata
Archgoat
Proclammation
Revenge
Axis of Advance
Fukpig
Conqueror
Goat Penis
Warhate

All pretty pissed off bands.

Seconding Anaal Nathrahk.

Also check out Misericordiam, Molotov Solution, and maybe Animosity (all deathcore bands but good imo)

Disturbed's "Let The Bodies Hit The Floor." Perhaps some Marylin Manson tunez like "Beautiful People" will be a perfect soundtrack for letting out all that angst as yer taking Mum's PT Cruiser down to the store to tap for smokes.

I guess Anaal Nathrakh, and by something not metal you could try Suicide Silence (The Cleansing is the best) and Emmure (Goodbye to the Gallows if you still want some riffing and Felony if you want all the way angry chugging)

Overlords of MA beg to differ.

And I, too. I love the band, heavy as fuck, brutal, but not metal.
