Can anyone suggest me any bands in the vein of. nightbringer,Ondskapt, ofermod, etc. I have all the obvious ones. No clean vocals and nothing from Norway.

Also im looking for more Darkspace/velvet cacoon/astral luminous type bands. Any reccomendations are very welcome.

Alrakis is a really enjoyable band, and they have a new full length coming out soon.

not as suffocating as darkspace, but veryyyy spacey.

You might like the Greek "Astro-Grind" band Dephosphorus.

I've recently fallen in love with them and their album "Night Sky Transform" is available on bandcamp for like $10.

They are basically a combination of grindcore and black metal with lyrics that are about space.

Imagine Deathspell Omega meets a slightly grindier version of Anaal Nathrakh and you are getting warm.

Not sure if it is what you are looking for but they are AMAZING.

Definitely check out Astral Silence: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OC_Omq6tif8

Dephosphorus is awesome too but doesn't really sound like any of the bands you mentioned. Their first album Axiom is spectacular.

I have not been able to find their album "Axiom".

Is it available either for download or hard copy?

I prefer hard copies but Night Sky Transform seemed to MAINLY be available only for download or LP...so I would assume they might not have pressed Axiom on cd?

I've only seen it on vinyl, not sure if there was a cd pressing. You can get it from their website, it's well worth it.
