Goregrind has a lot of this... my personal favorite is Gruesome Malady.
I'm not really... sure of the lyrics... but they seem to have some kind of movie samples or something, sounding pretty horror-esque.

Any new Bands in that Genre? Preferably Black Metal with horror movie Atmosphere, but not too cheap like CoF crap. Much more well made please
