I want to add Luna Sea as a progressive metal band basing on the 1st album "Luna Sea". After this release, they swiched to progressive/pop rock keeping some metal addicted songs.

Standard procedure for trying to get bands in the database is to make a bandsubmission, where you can add your reasons and concerns for why the band should be accepted. You can add links as add. submission info to youtube like you just did.
The boards would otherwise be flooded by requests like this one, so make a bandsubmission, that's preferable.

Having said that, I think you described the band pretty good yourself: "progressive/pop rock keeping some metal addicted songs"
I don't think it's metal enough, but more opinions are welcome.

As Helvede said, this is the very thing the band queue is for. We won't address individual requests in this forum, if you think the band might qualify, then submit it with the required info and details. If you have serious doubts, then it's probably best not to submit.
