Well, of course its an opinion, I said it and didn't provide any sources or anything like that.

That said, it's just a speedo. Not sure what your hang-up is.

EDIT: On a different note, I sampled some Mekong Delta today. It was... Okay I guess? Didn't leave a lasting impression on me.

You're not comfortable with unadulterated manliness? Indoctrination is so sad :(

I'm not against such things.

If God had meant us to be on stamps with no clothes on and the naughty parts visible, each and everyone of us would have been born naked.

It has nothing to do with religion. That is just a deeply personal thing to me and I don't generally want to see that level of undress unless I am close to the person.

While it is weird and a bit goofy to think like that I can understand. Some people are just not comfortable with that kind of situation. However a man on a stamp is a different kind of thing since that man is actually not a man and just a picture.

Go Rush though!

Oddly, I have more of a problem with speedos than with bared kits, but that's mainly because they look uncomfortable for said kit, and are unflattering to the already uninspiring state men's butt shape has evolved to. Poor poor man butt. Definitely one of the main reasons I'm sure I'm straight. Naw, put a blinking ring on your stuff if you want. If I don't want to see it, I have muscles attached to my eyeballs that will help me avoid it. Thank you, eye muscles. You also help me find nude boobs and falafel carts.

Not saying people should be made to take off their clothes, but I don't see any reason for them to be forced to put them on unless it's a safety issue. Though it would be really funny to be in a class taught by a nudist.

I don't have a problem with nudity or anything, but I have a redneck neighbor who sits on his doorstep all day long in boxers. That I have a problem with. Especially since there's a bunch of little kids around the complex. Time and place, people.

I think that's what Zodi was getting at? At least, I picked up on it then.

Very plausible, actually. Skinner in multiple episodes has stashed the troublemakers in a storage closet in the basement of the school. I forget which episode in particular but I remember one episode(I think a halloween one), Bart is walking through a corridor in the basement and you see a pile of bones as a prop in the background. Furthermore, we learn Principal Skinner is in fact not Skinner, but Armin Tamzarian. In his youth he was quite a trouble maker and has frequent flashbacks from his time in the war. He's mentally unstable, and the fact that kid never shows up again in a show where every character- other than celebrity guests, are seen more than once provides enough evidence that he was killed.

Thank you and goodnight.

Is the Geoff Tate's Queensryche album going to be on MA ever? I wanted to do a review for it. Don't want to submit it or anything if it's already been discussed and vetoed, ya know.

Lot of discussion involving weird nudity issues but this is totally different. Some uneducated Indian politicians (60% of Indian politicians are uneducated, that's a fact) and a bunch of sycophant lawyers are proposing an anti-porn law as a solution for ongoing rapes in the country. Most recently a five year old girl has been raped and the offender confessed that he watched explicit material in his cellphone before committing the crime. http://www.voanews.com/content/india-de ... 47869.html

India is already a fucked up country because of it's politicians and now they can't provide enough safety for women and implying idiotic and medieval ideas instead of raising awareness in rural areas and change the mindset of rural guys towards women.

Because clearly, you can only be close to your spouse :P
Doesn't bother me with my brothers or the like. And I'm not about to freak out in public or anything of the sort, I would just rather not see a naked or mostly-naked stranger. I don't see why this is so strange. I honestly thought this was the default perspective.

Question, how in the hell do you handle going to the beach or the swimming pool? :-P Does seeing people in bathing suits (mostly naked strangers) make you feel uncomfortable as well?

Well most people don't LIKE seeing a bunch of random, weird strangers naked or half-naked. But it's just something you tolerate and don't really pay much mind to, at places like the beach/swimming pool/etc. In most normal cases, anyway.

Well, the only time that really happens is if a hotel has a pool. Those are usually empty, for some reason. At either rate, I usually just ignore other people and focus on the "not drowning" part. It's easy enough to just ignore it and move on, just a preference to not have to.

Huh, I guess I see where you are coming from.. I always found swimming pools/lakes/beaches to be great places to socialise though. Although it probably helps that I really love swimming anyway.

Honestly, after taking multiple classes where I had to draw naked folks, nudity has become a non-issue to me. That's all I've got to say on why I'm comfortable with it.

Yeah, same here. Years of figure drawing will definitely leave you a bit disenchanted with nudity, which I've always seen as a good thing. It gives you some objectivity and I think generally a more mature perspective on the issue. I took my first life drawing class when I was 14 and it definitely did a lot toward balancing my state of mind toward the human body.
