The Beatles - If I Needed Someone

2:12 running time and incredibly epic for all of that. Soaring, feel-good, worldly sort of track.

Tad Morose - Where the Sun Never Shines

Music that sounds like it came from an ancient time. Love how the aggressive verses lead into that catchy chorus.

Lunatic Gods - For more glory

Progressive folk influenced doom-death-black metal.. One of the best Slovak bands.

Begrime Exemious: Set Ablaze the Kingdom of Abraham
Fatalist: The Depths of Inhumanity
Absurd Universe: Habeas Corpus- this sounds so much better than the samples I heard on youtube.

Revisiting: Cradle of Filth- Cruelty and the Beast

Blimey 'O' Riley it's like I'm seventeen again. I still have a soft spot for early to mid era Cradle (I loved "Godspeed..." as well), but this album is pretty magical. The drum production is pretty off, but the atmosphere and songwriting are top notch.

The Meads of Asphodel ~ Behold The Kindred Battle Carcasses Strewn Across The Bloodied Dunes Of Gilgamesh Mute In The Frenzied Clamour Of Deaths Rolling Tongue And Ravenous Bursting Steel

Heard this band thrown around the forums alot lately, and decided to cave in and give them a listen and holy fuck why did I wait so long to check this band out? Definitely going to consume my listening for the rest of the night.

Primordial - To The Ends Of The Earth

They had this folky charme on their first album, but also a fierceness that the newer albums lack.

Iron Maiden - Deja-vu :headbang:

Fast Maiden songs rule and the chorus is catchier than all hell.

Chimera by Mayhem

My mind being on 40k often, I cannot listen to this music without thinking of Dark Eldar.

Grave Digger - Son of Evil

Sometimes I completely forget that I love Grave Digger, and then songs like this pop up and I'm reminded.

Woe - All Bridges Burned (from their latest offering, "Withdrawal")

The build up to this song is good. Intense. But not much of a fan of the vocals

NP: Short Bus Pile Up [The Most Disgusting Thing Ever Created by Man... or Machine for That Matter, 2006] - 7. Bile in the Shape of Satan (00:07/01:24) {128 kbp/s}

I can see why this band disowned their first EP and album, god damn this is stupid. Good thing it's only 9 minutes long.

Blut Aus Nord - Metamorphosis

I'll never be one to complain about music which sounds like a cross between the end of days, and an introspective journey to the other side. Terrifying and beautiful, in equal measure.
