I am looking for EPIC neo-classical ambient along the lines of Invictus
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-tobpORlAc

Uplifting, melodic

Sorry for the lack of detail, but I am new-ish to this and havn't explored much

I suggest exploring the world of Dungeon Synth, though some artists may be a bit lo-fi for what you're after.

Wongraven and Mortiis are the best starting places:

Endvra's "Great God Pan" album may also be what you're after:

Or Apoptose "Nordland":

I'll have a think, see what else I can come up with.

Hmmm I know Wongraven and a little Mortiis. The others are new to me so thank you. I'll get back to you with some thoughts

EDIT : Yes they are a bit lo-fi for this particular request but thank you for showing anyway! I will be looking into them more

Hmm... you might want to give Instincts' The Mystery Visions a try.

There's Lord Wind, the epic ambient/darkwave/folk side project of Rob Darken of Graveland.

Agreed. The new album "Ales Stenar" is probably his best.

Arisk Priest is very enjoyable, especially the album Troy:

Puissance is very good, with my favorites being Hail the Mushroom Cloud and Mother of Disease.

The Burning World, by Phragments is also great.

Some others include Elend, Ad Ombra, and Eldar (listen to Amesha Spentas).

I would also like to second Endura and L'Effet C'est Moi. Both are very enjoyable.
