[I hope this topic is in good place :| ]

So I'm looking for bands,with these lyrical themes:cosmos,outer space,melancholy,universe,aurora borealis,etc...(but not in that Star Wars-sci-fi style :) )
And it's still good,if lyrically not,but musically sounds like they singing about these things.

It's very hard to explain, what am I looking for, especially because my native language is not the English, and to explain emotions is almost impossible, but if you think, you know band(s) which would be good here, please don't keep it back :)
This band is-in my opinion- similiar:http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Aurora/1166
Good song from them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2fLOSFv3Wg

Edit:It's not a disdvantage also,if the band's Asian.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe The Quantum Hack Code by Amogh Symphony, even if they might be a sidestep from cosmos theme (sci-fi lyrics). They are even Asian; they are from India.

Or Rings of Saturn

Remember that you can also search for lyrical themes.

A few more suggestions from different genres (as you didn't really specify if they had to be a specific genre). Garden of Shadows is the only close to your sample, but all have a space theme.

Ixion

Garden of Shadows

Dephosphorus. Grindcore with bits of black metal, thrash, death metal. All focused on outer space. Really great stuff. Good lyrics as well.

Night Sky Transform was the best album from last year.

I don't have anything to add to this thread right now but DAMN...I just listened to this band Dephosphorus for the first time and they are FUCKING SICK!!

A while back I started a thread about bands that mixed black metal with grindcore and these guys weren't mentioned, but after hearing this album I think that along with Knelt Rote, Fukpig, etc that they are one of the few bands I have heard do it PERFECTLY.

Honestly, their sound is such a seemless mix of black metal, grind core and just a touch of death metal that I don't think they could honestly be said to have a style though they call themselves "astro grind".

To me they sound like a combination of Deathspell Omega and later Napalm Death if you can even imagine that.

I've really never heard a band that sounded like them at all before other than maybe Knelt Rote and even then, just a little bit.

WIsh I could find their album but I looked and it doesn't seem to be available other than for download so I might just have to go that route.

Wormed (Brutal Death Metal) - New material from Spanish Brutal Death Metallers...lyrically focuses on a concept they created about a being named Krigshu, who's the only being alive in the whole universe.

'Nucleon' from 'Exodromos'

The Faceless (Tech Death) - 2nd album from tech Death Metallers, uses a lot of space themed lyrics throughout, with some incredible artwork to match as well.

'Planetary Duality' (Full Album):

A classic from this forum...Progenie Terrestre Pura, look them up in you tube, fucking awesome.
for a more thrashy feel try Vektor, dont let the word "thrash" mislead you as their music its completely spacey
but in a totally different way, you feel like your atoms are disintegrating to the power of a massive black hole or
something like that.
if you dig black metal check out Odium´s The sad realm of te stars and Limbonic Art´s Moon in the Scorpio

Check out Ewigkeit's "Starscape" album: http://www.metal-archives.com/albums/Ew ... cape/23052
If satisfied, try out his other albums, but I haven't really listened to them.

Luca Turilli's Prophet of the Last Eclipse has a sci-fi/space/cosmic theme. If you're into power metal you will very much enjoy it.

You might be interested in Othyrworld, whose album is something of a more stoned version of the USPM Sacred Blade. They pretty much live up to their name, and songs like 'Of the Sun + Moon' and 'Ethereal Skyline' do get across a fairly 'spacey' atmosphere. Just don't ask or tell about the liberal use of plus signs and 'z's and you should be fine.

Somewhat similar to them are the band Opposite Earth, who tend to operate with a fusion of the slow, spacey metal of Othyrworld and something along the lines of Psychotic Waltz's 'Another Prophet Song.' Their songwriting is often quite impressive, and they're worth a listen when it comes to metal about space:
