I'm trying to submit a blacklisted band and it told me to come to this thread. If a modifier could go over my submission I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

First of all, you shouldn't have posted this as a new thread. Questions about rejected and blacklisted bands belong in this thread:

Second, to save you the effort of double-posting, I'll give you your answer now: the band was blacklisted because another user was caught faking a physical release. So bear in mind: if the band hasn't released a valid release, it's going to be rejected.
