My goodness, how does one pronounce that?! "ass gayer" :gay:

Shit I don't know but ass gayer sounds about right .. or maybe Ass Geisha.. which sounds like that would be a grind band or something. lol. I picked it up more for the Pleurisy side. I don't know how to pronounce that but it looks like it's Plussy.

Oh these Neubauten LPs look so cool! I've always wanted to order Patienten O.T. but its listenability quotient is questionable.

Did you order the 3-CD re-release? I had seriously just bought Down Among & Traveller when they announced that. What're your thoughts on the necessity of Twilight of the Idols?

I got the 3-CD re-release, yes (found it in a store!). Unfortunately, I can't answer your question as well as others probably could, since I'm just now really appreciating Slough Feg. I'm really glad it came with 'Twilight of the Idols' though, because that would've probably been the next one I bought. Having listened to it once, I think it's just as good as 'Down Among the Deadmen', which would probably make it my favorite, or second favorite. Need to give it more time though, of course. 'Traveller' was really good too. Not sure how the community at large feels about it, but I think 'Atavism' is a damn fine album. In fact, that's what I was listening to right before going to the store and making that lucky find!

Dude, killer version of Atlantis Rising! I hope SKR release a CD copy soon. Think that new artwork might even fit the album better than the old.

I've got the Iron Glory CD with original artwork. I don't care so much about collecting the CD versions, I just buy them so I can listen to Manilla Road at work. The new artwork really is fantastic. I think I should've gotten the sea blue-coloured record, it would complement it better.

I hope to find a U.S. store carrying Mysterium on vinyl. The album's sounding great so far!

Just ordered Behemoth's Evangelion, currently being made ready for transport.

Also got myself Behemoth's Demonica, it's really a masterful re-recording for all Black Metal fans.

Woooooooow that Atlantis Rising reissue is a pretty little thang. I just pulled that one out yesterday to see how it stands up to time. I still tend to like it better than most I think, but I can see why people considerate it their weakest.

I got these on Sunday
That's the metal only, other stuff and a photo here
http://dreadmeat.wordpress.com/2013/02/12/todays-scores-6/

Blasphemy ‎– Total Blasphemic Rituals [CDr, Bootleg, shhh I know]
Sorrow ‎– Hatred And Disgust [wicked, I've wanted this for a while, original US version]
Promise Of Bloodshed ‎– Hatred Inherit [NZ death/thrash/hardcore metal, I have 2 copies of this one now]
Queensrÿche ‎– The Warning [original US, not really my cup of tea... although it is quite good I suppose]
Holocaustia ‎– The Sacrament Seed [some nice stripped down black metal here]
Tulus ‎– Cold Core Collection [double CD with demos and cover songs, super catchy black metal]
Monster Magnet ‎– Powertrip [Limited Tour Edition 2CD, cool but Dave gets a bit full of himself on the live disc, maybe he was wasted]

I like Atavism a lot too. Those are the ones I have, Atavism, Down Among the Deadmen, Traveller and - oh, The Animal Spirits is also really, really good if you run into it. That freaking song about Martin Luther is awesome. 95 Thesis.

I'll have to follow up and look into some of the tracks on Twilight. Thank you. They have quite the big discography and that is always intimidating to try & tackle!

Yeah, the space themed one. I don't usually care much for power electronics, but I might have to check that one out.

At the clearance section at Rasputin I found an album by a band called The Nefilim. The album was called Zoon and I was intrigued.
Listened to it, and it ain't bad. Some kinda Industrial Metal thingy.

Zoon is great stuff, it's a side project of Carl McCoy from Fields Of The Nephilum. Nice buy.

Nice, I asked their singer to cover either 'Phobophile' or 'Servants of the Warsmen' about a year ago since she was taking requests. Really need to check out the full length and ep.
