Inside the Lord Belial - Enter the Moonlight Gate booklet is written:
Fuck off to Nisse "Lilleman" Karlén of Sacramentum

Does anybody know why? Is it a question of line-up or something, because I can see Karlén has played the guitar in Lord Belial.

Right out of nothing what I would make out of that is that he left Lord Belial for Sacramentum "Duh!?" but after looking at the line ups it seems that he left before they even recorded their first Demo. And if he left that early it seems very unlikely that any intern-grudges because of that would be bringed up 4/5 years later. So I guess it was some tension going on between them at the time on a personal level?

Not sure what the tension is, but I think Distorted is pretty close. It could also be some bar-joke they had going on.
Anyway, Sacramentum > Lord Belial

Not really sure tbh. Just seems to be him as this is above it "Sin brings the following into further damnation: Sacramentum"

I read an interview with Dark of Lord Belial many years ago (just after Enter the Moonlight Gate was released), and the interviewer addressed this.

His response was something like it was just an inside joke, and there was no animosity between Nisse and Lord Belial.

You mean Sacramentum is superior to Lord Belial? Or formed earlier?

The symbol > means "greater than", so it's rather obvious what it means. Markov likes Sacramentum more than Lord Belial.

Non Serviam Records is proud to announce that we have signed a new band:
Death Tyrant.

The band rose from the ashes of Lord Belial.

Death Tyrant – Opus De Tyranis will be released upon mankind at, march 18 2013.

Death Tyrant's style can best be described as: High-class blackened-death metal.
A unique mixture of bands like: Lord Belial, Dissection, Dark Fortress, Necrophobic, Dawn, etc.

I'm confused now - hadn't Lord Belial reformed with the first album line-up not too long ago?

Please don't resurrect an old thread, especially not to post promotional stuff. That said you got some people curious so I guess I can leave open for now..
