Well, this is self-explanatory. I want mainly metal bands that incorporate Ragtime piano in their solos. If it's progressive metal, it would be perfect.

Examples of what I want:
- Dream Theater
- Liquid Tension Experiment

Probably Mentions:(All of them uses more Swing Jazz, not really what I want)
- Diablo Swing Orchestra
- Unexpect
- Sleepytime Gorilla Museum

I think you listed just about every band that meets your criteria... Jazz and Ragtime aren't too dissimilar... Maybe find a cowboy/Old West themed metal band?

The only band I know that use pianos is Mutiny Within, and I can only recall it in this song, though there might be more.

The album is Petrucci-approved, so I suppose it's somewhat prog related. :P
