So, I'm looking for a decent 8-string guitar, preferably under $1000. I play a Schecter guitar right now and I love it, but if you have any other recommendations, that would be cool, too.

RGA is the best one I know.Do some research on it to know if it suits your needs or not.

I have a Schecter ATX 8 and love it. It's $899 on most websites in the US. You'll probably be pretty happy with it unless you meant way under $1000.

Damn, thanks for all the tips, guys. Unfortunately, though, I probably won't be able to get these for a while since I'm going to be focusing on making a demo.
